Best Western Commerce Inn

I was disappointed when the staff tried to access my room at 7:30 am, despite my late checkout request. The dirty carpet ruined my experience, forcing me to discard my socks after just one evening.

Everything was very good, updated and large room with free breakfast which is decent.

This is a comfortable location in Commerce.

Family friendly place for a good stay

I gotta say , the staff was genuinely friendly , and the room? Super clean and just what we needed. They were super accommodating when I asked for a connected room , and it reminded me of they actually cared about making my stay enjoyable.

It did cost a bit more than some other places , but it was still worth it.

The location was great... right off I-85. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was definitely edible. Overall was a good value for the money.

The lady at the front desk didn't have my reservation, and when I told her I booked through Booked.net, she said that her manager should have taken care of the rest but did not. I still got a room, though, and it was just fine. The a/c and heat were tricky and manual, so I had to adjust often.

Map was inaccurate in helping locate hotel on busy road. Sign at main road not tall enough to see from a distance.

the pool was closed during my stay which was a bummer. but the breakfast had a good selection, particularly the fresh fruit. the staff was really accommodating and the room was spotless. location was super convenient for getting around.

The king room wasvery comfy and tidy. Breakfast had good options and was enjoyable. Staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near shops.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was a hit, especially the waffles. Plus, we enjoyed shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets-a quick drive away made it super convenient for us to grab what we needed.

My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site like a game room to keep them entertained during downtime.

Found bed bugs and the breakfast was just ok.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. Plus, breakfast hit the spot, even if it lacked variety.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the price was great!!

I compared prices for different times and because of the events going on in the area the price of the room was a lot higher. I don't appreciate price gauging.

I was happy with hotel's comfy location away from the main road. The breakfast was nice hot and excellent with the bacon. Location: the venue was just off the outlet and restaurant and gas stations and many.

The staff at best western were super friendly. The queen room we had was verynice and neat. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. It's only a short drive from nice spots in naples. The fitness center was a great bonus!
